‘Dramatic’ job cuts hit BC job-hunting program

A project-based hiring program that was supposed to allow the province to hire more people from its remote areas to fill out applications for jobs has had to trim staff by more than half in the last year, and thousands of applicants have been turned away from the program because they didn’t have a job.

In an effort to better compete with employers in a labour market that is still recovering from the economic downturn, the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development is closing its program in rural areas, as well as those that were previously part of the program.

The provincial government says the move is designed to boost productivity, cut costs and help boost job creation in the economy.

The ministry says the job-seeker portal, known as the BC Employment Service, has helped over 1.2 million people apply for jobs and was a valuable resource for many employers in the province, including in the industry that provides the majority of the province’s jobs.

But a review by The Globe and Mail reveals a new round of cuts have been made to the province.

As of last month, there were more than 1,500 job seekers who had applied to be considered for an interview at a BC Employment Services office in Fraser River, B.C. But in the two weeks since the end of the online recruitment process, there have been just four job seekers in the Fraser River office.

That’s down from 15 in the first half of 2018.

The agency says the number of people who applied to interview online for jobs was up by more that 20 per cent from the same time last year.

“It’s a sad day when we have fewer job seekers at a site that provides our province’s labour market services,” said BC Employment Minister Chris Ballard in a statement.

“We’re committed to recruiting, training and equipping more people in our province to work in these jobs.

We will continue to work with our industry partners to ensure that every eligible candidate receives a fair and equal opportunity to apply for and interview for a job.”

The ministry said it is working to improve its recruiting and hiring processes and has set up a support network to help people in the remote areas find jobs.

It is also looking to hire additional workers for the new job-search portal.

“We are committed to providing our people with the best possible support as we continue to recruit, train and equip our people for our province,” said Ballard.

How to find the best role for Trump, Hillary in MC2 casting

A few years ago, casting director Matt Whelan decided to take on a project with the Trump and Hillary campaigns.

“I decided I needed a campaign manager,” he says.

“You’ve got to have a lot of energy, a lot that people will want to work with, a desire to learn and an attitude that they will be taken care of.”

“I’m not going to be able to do that with Trump,” he added, adding, “I have a real problem with him.”

The director says he had “a few ideas” about hiring a Trump campaign manager, but that they didn’t work out.

“So, I started thinking, ‘How do we get the Trump campaign to do this?'” he says, laughing.

“It’s kind of a classic, ‘Let’s get them to do it!'”

He eventually found one candidate: David Bossie, the former Republican congressman from Wisconsin.

“David was the one who was like, ‘I’m looking for a candidate,’ ” Whelian says.

Bossie hired a private security firm to help him hire the people he needed.

“He got us to hire David Bossier as our campaign manager.”

He says it was a “real challenge” to get the candidate on the payroll, but he found that he could “do that with Donald Trump.”

“David has a strong character, which is important, and he’s an excellent public speaker,” Whelians says.

But Bossie’s first hiring was a little more than a week before Election Day.

Whelans wanted a new assistant, someone who could help prepare his volunteers.

So he hired John Schilling, the ex-Trump campaign manager who left the campaign in 2014 after less than a year.

“Schilling had a very solid track record of success with people, so he was our go-to guy for that,” Whetan says.

When Whelins asked Schilling about the Trump team, he said that he “couldn’t imagine the team not having someone with experience in political work.”

“He said he thought it would be a tremendous benefit to the campaign if we hired a Trump adviser,” Whedan says, referring to Trump.

“The first thing I did was email David Bossy to say, ‘We need a Trump advisor.

What are you looking for?'”

Schilling was hired.

“There was this very strong desire from the Trump side to have someone with a strong political experience,” Whesons says.

He quickly discovered that Schilling had “an incredible ability to communicate well and with a broad range of people.”

Whelany says Schilling is “one of the most qualified and passionate people I have ever worked with.”

Whetany also had a problem finding someone with “the right skill set.”

He asked Schiller, “How do you do your job?”

He says he “would have loved to hire a political strategist,” but “I would have never said yes to someone who doesn’t have the right skills.”

Wheson says that when he first heard Schilling talk about Trump, he asked him, “What does it take to be a political adviser?”

Whesones boss responded, “He would not have an answer for that.”

“We needed a Trump person,” Whingany says.

Schilling went on to hire two other Trump advisers: David Plouffe, the campaign’s chief strategist, and Steven Mnuchin, who was hired as treasury secretary.

Whesany says he was surprised by the number of people Schilling recruited for the campaign.

“People would have to say the right things,” he explains.

Whingan says he found it “very difficult to convince people he had the right skill sets.”

Schilling says the job was “very demanding,” but he “had the right temperament.”

Wheats first hire was someone with the right background: a former New York City mayor.

“At that point, we were really struggling,” Wheran says of his first hire.

“We were hiring people, and I was just a rookie.”

Schill, who has been in politics since the 1990s, says that he did his best to help Schilling get the right candidate.

“Our first hire, he was in his early 40s and he had a real, strong background in politics, he had some experience as a congressman, he’d been a mayor, he’s got a good resume,” Schill says.

Wherany says that after Schilling hired him, he told Schilling that the person would need to be “very, very smart, and extremely articulate.”

“It was a challenge, but it was something I could handle,” Schilling said.

“If I couldn’t do it, I wouldn’t be here.”

Schills job was much more than that.

“To be a good candidate, you need to have the ability to be an expert in your field,” he adds.

“And he had all those qualities. He could

Why did the Lincoln Project go dark?

The project to develop a $3.6 billion luxury Lincoln sedan is back on the market after it was shut down in 2010, but the project has been dormant since 2012.

In 2017, the Lincoln project was purchased by a private equity firm, and the firm has since been bought out by a consortium of Chinese firms.

The group behind the Lincoln is now planning to turn it into a luxury high-end car line.

The Lincoln Project was one of the most controversial projects of the 1960s, as it sought to build a luxury luxury sedan that would compete with the Cadillac Escalade.

The project has remained dormant since the late 1980s, until recently.

The last official project announcement was in 2004, when the project was still in development.

According to NBC News, the project had to go dark due to the financial crisis of 2008, but was still able to make news in the media.

A press release announcing the project’s return to the market said it was still the “most advanced project ever developed.”

The Lincoln project has a long history of controversy.

In addition to its development and production, the development of the Lincoln brand has been criticized for its image of being a luxury product, as well as for being the first luxury car to feature an electric motor.

In recent years, Lincoln has become the subject of a slew of lawsuits and protests over the way its cars are made.

In 2016, a lawsuit was filed against the Lincoln company, alleging that its vehicles are made of plastic, plastic is made from styrofoam, and that they are “dubious.”

In 2019, the company settled a lawsuit brought by a group of women claiming they were paid less than men for doing the same work.

The lawsuit, which was eventually settled in 2020, alleged that the women were being denied equal pay for equal work.

In 2021, the lawsuit was settled with the Lincoln Company agreeing to pay $2.7 million to the women.

In 2018, the plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against the company in an attempt to have a jury trial for alleged violations of the Civil Rights Act.
